Krafty K's Custom Designs, LLC currently accepts payment by credit card, debit card and  via PayPal. We do not accept payments by mail. 


Processing time for each item varies. Continue reading below for more information.

Apparel: 7-10 business days (depending on order size)

Wreaths: 2-3 weeks

Notebooks/Journals/Planners: 2-3 weeks

The times above may vary due to the amount of orders placed prior to yours. We will be in touch if there will be delays. This processing time does not include, weekends, holidays, and transit time.

Bulk orders may take up to 30 business days. Orders of 10 or more items are considered bulk orders.


We exclusively ship through the United States postal service via Priority Mail. All packages include USPS tracking information. Tracking numbers can be emailed upon customer request. Please double check all addresses. In the event that a package is shown as delivered in the USPS system we will not ship a replacement for non-received goods. Please make sure that the shipping address provided accepts packages in your absence. Please allow 2-14 business days for all packages to be received. Rush shipping is available at an added cost. All items on back order will be mailed after the items are in stock.

Returns & Refunds

Here at KKCD your satisfaction is important. Although we perform quality control checks, we realize some customers may be unhappy. However, since our items are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a printing error made by our shop. Personalization will be printed as submitted and a mockup of your product will be sent for your confirmation. Please check all spelling prior to finalizing order. Once the order is placed changes cannot be made.

If an item was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order (Please Note - 72 hours from the date delivered shown on tracking).

Please keep in mind that the color of the actual merchandise can slightly vary from the color you see on your monitor, contact us if you need color confirmation.
